We started building Daysway because every day-planner we tried fell into one of two traps: either it was a heavy corporate meeting calendar built for shared enterprise inboxes, or a rigid time-blocker that made you feel like you failed the moment a 10 AM task ran twenty minutes late.

Daysway is an independent, Apple-focused application built around a simpler truth: planning your day, staying focused in the current block, and adapting when plans change are three parts of the same loop.

Daysway is a native daily planner and time-blocking application for Mac and iPhone. It brings your daily calendar, prioritized tasks, natural-language capture (⌘⇧Space), a floating Focus Capsule, and One-Click Replan into a single calm workflow.

Daysway is built natively for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel Macs) and iPhone (iOS 17 and later). There is no web, Windows, or Android version planned at launch.

Daysway stores your data locally first (SQLite on Mac and SwiftData on iPhone) and syncs directly between your Mac and iPhone using your private Apple iCloud (CloudKit) account. Daysway does not currently integrate with external Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook accounts.

Daysway is currently in private pre-release preparation for macOS and iPhone TestFlight. We are inviting early testers in small waves to validate daily workflows and iCloud sync before opening public downloads.

Our provisional pricing includes a generous Free tier for core single-device daily planning and Magic Capture, and a Daysway Pro tier ($5.99/month or $39.99/year) that unlocks Mac + iPhone iCloud sync, unlimited One-Click Replan, the floating Focus Capsule, and the 52-Week Activity Heatmap.
